Return Policy

The International Automobile Association does its best to provide customers with the best satisfaction possible. If you find a mistake in your International Driver's Document, you may obtain a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date. You will need to provide us with your order number, full name, address, and date of purchase. All credits will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original order. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. To return product please contact the IAA and request a product return. All returns are subject to approval by our customer service department.
